Ice Bath Therapy

Our ice bath is chilled using a commercial chiller unit, ensuring precise temperature control. The consistent, circulating cold water eliminates warm pockets, providing an optimal environment for therapy. By immersing your body in cold water, the sudden temperature change triggers the body's natural healing response, reducing inflammation and aiding in faster muscle recovery.

Contrast Therapy

Start with a 30-minute session in our infrared sauna to relax muscles and promote sweating. Follow this with a quick plunge into the ice bath to constrict blood vessels, reduce inflammation, and stimulate the body's recovery processes. The contrast between hot and cold enhances circulation and reduces muscle soreness.

DERMALUX COMPACT LITE Therapy

Dermalux uses a combination of blue, red, and near-infrared light to target specific skin concerns. Blue light is effective for acne, red light promotes skin rejuvenation, and near-infrared light penetrates deeper to reduce inflammation and pain.

Infrared Sauna

Normatec Compression Therapy

Normatec Compression Therapy is a recovery treatment that uses air-filled sleeves to rhythmically compress and release around your legs (or arms/hips), which helps improve blood flow, reduce muscle soreness, and speed up recovery after exercise or long periods of standing.
