Floatation therapy involves lying in a float tank filled with water saturated with Epsom salts. The buoyant water supports your body, creating a feeling of weightlessness that helps reduce stress and alleviate physical pain.

Infrared Sauna

Cold Plunge

Our Cold Plunge is chilled using a commercial chiller unit, ensuring precise temperature control. Contrast Therapy

Start with a 30-minute session in our infrared sauna to relax muscles and promote sweating. The contrast between hot and cold enhances circulation and reduces muscle soreness.

Oxygen & Hydrogen Therapy
