Nestled in the heart of Kiama, Wellness & Recovery Haus is the leading wellbeing studio along the South Coast.

Surrounded by stunning coastline, fresh ocean air and the relaxed pace that Kiama is known for, we've created a boutique space where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and focus entirely on yourself. Whether you're visiting for the day or a Kiama local, we hope your time with us feels like a reset.

What makes Wellness & Recovery Haus truly unique is our private suites. There are no crowded communal spaces, televisions or unnecessary distractions. Phones are placed on silent, conversations soften and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a calm, welcoming environment where you are invited to arrive as you are.

We're proud to welcome the community from across the South Coast and beyond, with many of our regular clients travelling from Ulladulla the Southern Highlands, Wollongong and as far north as Cronulla to experience what we've created here in Kiama. Their journey is something we never take for granted, and it's why we're committed to delivering an experience that's worth travelling for.

Before or after your treatment, take a moment to browse our carefully curated retail collection. We stock the same premium European Epsom salts used in our Magnesium Float pods, available in 1kg and 2kg bags so you can continue your wellness routine at home. You'll also find magnesium oils, a handpicked range of quality health supplements, the original Lymphatic Drainage Face & Body Brushes by Cecily J Braden, and CoCo Coast coconut water to help you rehydrate after your session.

When your treatment comes to an end, there's no need to rush. We've created a dedicated refresh space where you can take your time before heading back into your day. Complete with hair dryers, Australian-made Sukin moisturisers, deodorants and nourishing leave-in hair products, it's the perfect place to freshen up, enjoy a complimentary cup of hot tea and ease back into the outside world feeling relaxed, restored and ready for whatever comes next.
